This is a tremendous playing Mark VI that has both a complex voice and tremendous projection. My tech just regulated this sax, so it's playing very well. The pads are in good condition and still have a lot of life left in them. It has a full set of domed metal rivetless resonators. My tech performed minor dentwork mainly on the bow, and adjusted the taper/angle of the neck. The sax comes in the original case. Both zippers move freely but are missing their leads.

I adore 14x,xxx Mark VI tenors. They have the tonal complexity similar earlier Mark VI's, but with extra power and projection of later models. In a sense, it's the best of both worlds. This one takes on air especially well and maintains a beautiful focus in all registers and dynamics. What a fun horn to play!

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0733/5373/products/sax_146_of_161_3124b841-d6ab-49d4-83d1-1325b5839ed0.jpg?v=1580497087
https://www.dcsax.com/en-ch/products/149-xxx-selmer-mark-vi-tenor-saxophone-96-original-lacquer-just-serviced
