215,xxx Selmer Mark VI tenor saxophone with approximately 85% original lacquer. The sax received a top of the line mechanical overhaul from Kessler and Sons approximately 5 years ago and then never played, so the pads are still in new condition. My tech serviced the sax prior to sale, so everything feels incredibly locked in. The keywork feels tight and efficient. It's extremely easy to get up and down on the sax.
This is a superb tenor. It has great presence and energy, and can easily project. A lot of players are looking for tenors around the 200,xxx range because of these characteristics, and this one delivers. It comes in a modern form-fitting case. It's a monster player and an incredible value.
