This is the last in the series of limited edition "Tribute to Bird" horns from Selmer Paris. This one is quite stunning, with elaborate engraving, black pearls, and a red "S" on the neck. If you look closely at the neck, you can also see that the octave key is shaped differently than the standard edition horns. The sax comes in a special edition case, made by Bam.

The sax is nearly mint condition, with very few signs of wear. Other than very minor superficial scratching mainly around the neck strap hook, there was a small dent removed from the lip of the bell. If you look closely, you can see this in the pictures. Otherwise, it has the overall appearance of a new horn.

Series III tenors share the same body tube dimensions as the Mark VI, but with a slightly larger bell. It has a very similar feel and playing characteristics as the earlier Mark VI, but with a slightly larger, more aggressive sound.
