Selmer Serie III soprano saxophone with a black lacquer finish. This is the updated model, with updated threaded necks. This dramatically helps low note response and reduces gurgling. Overall, the saxophone is in nearly perfect shape. The pads seal perfectly right now, so should play perfectly right out of the box.

This is my favorite model of soprano saxophone being made today. It has a beautiful, direct sound that has incredible focus and precision. This one is no different, and is among the best series III sopranos I've tried. Compared to my own personal series III, it has a slightly fatter sound, and is extremely even in all registers.  This is truly stunning looking and playing sax.
