266,xxx Selmer Mark VI soprano saxophone with 99% original lacquer. There are a couple features on this particular Mark VI which are worth noting. This one has a rare high F# key, which is a must-have for many saxophonists. Plus, the previous owner installed a neck strap ring, which makes this soprano WAY more comfortable to play.
The sax arrived in excellent overall shape with original pads. My repairman serviced the horn prior to sale, so the pads are sealing well and good to go. The previous owner also installed some mole skin near the bottom of the horn. This can help with low note intonation and response. I like how this horn sounds and responds, so have decided to keep it in for now.
