Return Window Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery to initiate a return
Condition Items must be returned in original, undamaged condition
Restocking Fees 3% for U.S. orders, 4% for international orders, 6% for Shop Pay Installments
Shipping Costs Buyer is responsible for outbound and return shipping
Exchanges Store credit available upon return—restocking fees are waived
Refund Timeline Refunds are issued within 1–2 business days of receiving the return

🔄 How to Make a Return

  1. Email paul@dcsax.com or call (202) 854‑1250 within 7 days of delivery
  2. We’ll reply with simple instructions and confirm return eligibility
  3. Ship the item back to us in original condition. If you prefer, we can provide a prepaid shipping label and deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund
  4. Once received, we’ll inspect the item and issue your refund or store credit
