Selmer Supreme tenor saxophone, s/n 843207, in excellent condition. This saxophone is in new condition. I acquired it from the original owner, who only played it a few times before I acquired it. I do not see any wear, scratches, or signs of use, and it is truly equivalent to a new saxophone.
This is Selmer’s current flagship professional tenor model and represents a major update from the Series II and Series III tenors, with modern Selmer keywork, excellent intonation, and a very even response from top to bottom.
I am personally blown away by how great this saxophone plays. It is super resonant, responsive, and has a powerful, direct tone that still feels refined and flexible. To me, this legitimately feels like a worthy modern successor to the SBA and Mark VI tenors, while still having the evenness, control, and intonation that would make it appealing to just about any classical player.
