Yamaha Custom YAS-82ZII alto saxophone, serial number E75584. The Custom series saxophones are Yamaha’s flagship professional-level horns. With the updated 82ZII, Yamaha took an already excellent saxophone and made it even better. There are several refinements to this model that make a noticeable difference in how it sounds and responds, including metal resonators, a V1 neck for better projection, palm key stability, and improved intonation, as well as a one-piece bell that helps improve the low range response.
This sax is in excellent overall condition. The pads are in like-new condition and seal perfectly. The action still feels tight, much like a brand new horn. It came from a longtime customer who takes great care of his instruments and keeps them in top playing condition. The sax comes in its original case.
