Selmer Series II Alto Saxophone, s/n 456399. This sax was was just serviced and is playing great from top to bottom. My tech adjusted the horn and made sure all pads are sealing well.
The Series II has been one of Selmer’s most popular pro models for decades. It has a warm, rich core with great projection and even response throughout the range. This one feels free-blowing and balanced, with the kind of refinement and tonal depth that make these horns exceptional.
Overall, the sax is in excellent condition with only light wear. There is some surface tarnish, but otherwise the lacquer is in great shape. The sax comes in its original Selmer case and case cover.
