1920's Selmer alto saxophone mouthpiece. This mouthpiece is in incredible original condition, and the facing appears to be original. The table has a C stamped, and Medium below this. I've never come across a Selmer mouthpiece with these markings, which I believe is quite rare. The mouthpiece plays with a supple sweetness that is very nice. The tip opening measures .058".
