Handmade by Jack Drelinger, this headjoint likely dates to the early 1990s. It's solid silver throughout: tube, lip plate, riser, and crown, with 0.016"/0.40mm wall tubing.

The lip plate is engraved "Au-20," marking Drelinger's 20-karat gold air-reed: a thin strip of gold set along the blowing edge that Drelinger believed shaped the response and tone of the headjoint. The lip plate also carries Drelinger's patent stamp, with "patent pending" on the reverse reflecting his proprietary headjoint material. Comes in the original Drelinger case.
