Selmer Series 10G Bb clarinet with silver plated keys. The 10G stands for Anthony Gigliotti, who was principal clarinetist with the Philadelphia Symphony for 47 years. This one has a B-series prefix, indicating that it was made in 1980-1981. The clarinet comes with two original 10G barrels: one with a standard length, and one that is two millimeters shorter (the barrel is stamped 2mm S). There are no cracks or chips, and the overall condition for a 40-year old instrument is excellent. Many regard the Series 10G as the best vintage Selmer clarinet, and this one is an excellent example of this model.
