1959 Buffet Crampon Super Dynaction tenor saxophone, s/n 6338. These are tremendous horns that remind me a bit of a 10M but with more refinement. It has a huge, full sound that I think can play in a lot of different styles. This model has a great reputation and is a tremendous value compared to Selmers in similar condition and vintage.
My repairman just serviced the horn, ensuring that the pads seal well. The pads are still in great condition with a lot of life left. The sax has metal Noyek resonators. The sax has a beautiful unlacquered patina. It has never been relacquered. The horn feels great from top to bottom. It comes in a Bam case.
