John Coltrane played on a 125,xxx Mark VI tenor, and this one is only 89 numbers off. That means that this horn was most likely produced within 3-4 days of his! Mark VI tenors in the 120's range have a reputation for being amazing players. They tend to have wonderful tonal complexity while being a bit more alive and responsive. This is a great sounding horn that has that later Coltrane vibe. This is a very fun Mark VI to play.
