1942 300,xxx Buescher 400 Top Hat and Cane tenor saxophone. Here is a Buescher TH&C tenor that is in near mint condition. I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better example from this time period. Everything is original here. The snap in pads and resonators are all original and in excellent condition. The sax still has a full set of gold Norton springs. The neck is absolutely perfect with no resoldered joints or pulldown. My tech just adjusted the horn, so it's playing very well now. Low Bb to high F pop out with ease. The sax comes in its original case.
