A truly great experience and felt secure throughout the transaction. I emailed Paul many questions and he promptly responded and made us feel at ease. My son needed to upgrade and we purchased a YTS875EX custom. Pictures and description spot on and actually came in better than we had thought. If you are interested in any Sax please feel confident dealing with Paul and DC SAX. The. Only place we will send people and if we are looking for another one then it's looking here first. Paul even helped when we were first looking and explained other options pros and cons we were looking at. Very secure and safe shipping and Sax arrived in perfect playing condition. Best experience we have had and we have 4 saxs now from soprano to Tenor.

I sold a saxophone to DC Sax, and the experience was wonderful. Mr. Tucker is honest and easy to work with. His communication throughout the process was timely and clear. He was also very fair, and we both came away satisfied with the financial transaction.

I proposed a sale price, and he accepted it. Now, I do want to clarify that slightly: I'm not saying he'll accept whatever deal you propose, but I'm saying that if you're clear and reasonable with him, he is an extremely fair and reasonable man with whom to do business. Before I contacted him, I took the time to research the current market for the instrument I was selling, then I took into consideration the shipping costs, a fair degree of depreciation from the new value, and a fair amount of profit for Mr. Tucker's work to then turn around and sell the instrument.

I communicated with a few other places before settling on DC Sax, and I chose him because no one else was as clear and timely in their communications, and no one else was as straight-forward in the negotiation process.

I really can't say enough good things about Paul Tucker and DC Sax, so before I go on too long, I'll finish with: this is the place to sell your used instrument.
