Vintage New York Meyer 5M baritone saxophone mouthpiece. This is an incredible playing bari sax mouthpiece, with a ton of presence, bite, and tonal complexity. It has been refaced in its past, and currently measures .088", which is right about at a Meyer 5 facing. It's a superb mouthpiece and is also quite rare.
