No. Minor wear, leaks, or age-related issues are not deal-breakers. In fact, we specialize in restoring quality horns. We just ask that you disclose any known issues when requesting a quote.

How do I get a quote?

Send us clear photos and a short description of your saxophone to paul@dcsax.com. Include any known details such as the serial number, make/model, recent service history, and overall condition.

How does shipping work?

We’ll walk you through safe packing methods and can provide a prepaid shipping label. We’ve received thousands of instruments safely using this method.

When and how will I be paid?

We typically issue payment within 24 hours after receiving and inspecting your saxophone. Prepayment via PayPal is also available. We can pay by company check, PayPal, or other methods—just contact us to discuss your preferred option.

Do you accept local drop-offs?

Yes. If you’re located in or near Alexandria, VA, we can arrange a convenient drop-off time.
