1970 Selmer Mark VI alto saxophone, s/n 179028. This horn is in excellent overall condition and retains about 99% of its original lacquer. The sax has its original neck which has never been pulled down, and comes in the original case.
My repairman just serviced the horn, replacing four pads. The remaining pads seal well and appear to be original.
This is a medium bow example, considered by many to be the best combination of intonation and response within the Mark VI production years.
