Selmer Mark VI tenor saxophone with approximately 96% original lacquer. My tech just serviced the sax, replacing several pads and performing some minor dentwork mainly around the bow. The pads are a mix of mostly newer and some older pads, and are all sealing very well, giving the sax great evenness and balance down to low Bb. It's a great sounding horn that feels very efficient and full.
The neck is original to the horn. My tech adjusted the taper/angle of the neck while the horn was being serviced. There is some dentwork mainly on the bow and several key guard feet appear to have been resoldered. The original case that comes with the horn has non-functioning zippers, so the case cover does the work of keeping the sax secure.
