1947 Selmer Super Balanced Action (SBA) alto saxophone, s/n 36506. The lacquer is original with over 90% still present. This is an amazing playing SBA. It has a ton of resonance and sweetness in its tonal core. Exactly what you're looking for in an SBA. The neck is original to the sax and has a matching serial number. My repairman just serviced the sax so it's playing very well across all registers. The pads are mostly newer and still have a lot of life left in them. The sax comes in an orange Bam Cabine case which retails for over $450.
