1947 34,xxx Selmer Super Balanced Action tenor saxophone. Here is an early SBA tenor. Like most horns of this vintage, this horn does not have the original finish. The neck was slightly bent down and there was a small crack on the curve of the neck. My repairman filled in the crack with silver solder, and returned the neck taper to its original form.
This horn is locked in and probably in better playing condition than it's ever been in. This is a very nice playing Selmer tenor.
