1963 107,xxx Selmer Mark VI Alto Saxophone, Overhaul, Original Lacquer, Video
1963 Selmer Mark VI alto saxophone, s/n 107766. This saxophone has its original lacquer, and approximately 80% remains. It was just overhauled by the previous owner prior to sale, so the pads are still in new condition and sealing well. My tech just serviced the horn, so it feels great and locked in. The neck is original to the saxophone and has a matching serial number. The pads look like Pisoni Pro to my eye and have domed plastic resonators, similar to what the horn originally had.
This is a great playing alto. It has a very full, expressive sound that stays full in all registers.
