Cannonball Big Bell Stone Series S5 Soprano Saxophone Raven, Near Mint

Cannonball S5 straight soprano saxophone, s/n 164175. This sax has the Raven finish, which Cannonball calls an iced black-nickel body with polished black-nickel keys. The keys and body are the same color, but the polished keys really stand out against the matte body. The pads are also black, which gives the sax a striking look.

This horn looks barely played and the pads are still like new.

This sax is keyed to high G, which has become a must have feature for many soprano players. A lot of chamber music and band rep has incorporated this note into the standard literature, so having an extra key to get you there is a lot easier than finding an altissimo fingering that works.

The sax comes in the original case, also in excellent condition.
