1941 Conn 6M alto saxophone, s/n 300,xxx. Here's a prewar 6M with rolled tone holes and a fresh Eric Beach overhaul. Eric used Pisoni Pro pads and domed rivetless metal resonators. The silver plating and gold wash bell is original. The neck has a microtuner which works and moves freely. The sax comes in an older case that is not original to the horn.
If you're a fan of classic American saxophones, I think you're going to love this one. It has a characteristic huge, dark sound that this model is known for. However, it's a very expressive horn and has some additional sweetness in the sound which adds some complexity to its voice. I highly recommend this one.
