Brilhart hard rubber alto saxophone mouthpiece, s/n 189477. This mouthpiece has an original 5* facing. The table, tip and rails are in great condition and the tip opening measures .072".
These are fabulous vintage mouthpieces made from a high quality rubber stock. They have a larger chamber than the plastic Ebolin and Tonalin mouthpieces and have rounded side walls.
