Keilwerth SX90 baritone saxophone, s/n 113242. According to serial number charts, this sax was manufactured in 1999. This is Keilwerth’s professional level saxophone. Keilwerth also made the SX90R, which has rolled tone holes, but many players prefer the horns without rolled tone holes because of the inconsistency in properly leveling the rolled tone holes.
My repairman just serviced this sax prior to sale. He adjusted the pads so they are sealing well and also replaced two felts and the water key cork. The pads look almost new and should have a very long life ahead of them.
Overall, this is a very clean instrument. I do not see any dings, dents, or repairs. There are some light surface scratches, mostly on the back side of the horn, but for a baritone saxophone, this is about as clean as they typically come. I am not sure whether the case is original, but it is form fitting and noticeably lighter than many other baritone sax cases.
