Otto Link New York alto saxophone mouthpiece with an original 4 facing. The side of the mouthpiece indicates that this one is a Series KK 48. The mouthpiece is in great condition for its age. Most of the original plating has worn off, but it has been cared for remarkably well in its life. The table tip and rails are in excellent condition. The mouthpiece comes with its original ligature and cap. The tip opening measures .058".
