Selmer Mark VI alto saxophone, s/n 226716. This is a one-owner horn that arrived with all original pads. The lacquer is original, and approximately 60% remains. My tech just performed a full mechanical overhaul, so all of the pads, felts and corks are new. The sax comes in its original case, also in excellent condition. The neck is original to the sax and has never been bent down.
This is a great playing Mark VI that I think would work quite well for a crossover player who is looking to use the sax for both classical and jazz styles. It has a very even timbre that has a dark core but can also really project when pushed.
