1956 64,xxx Selmer Mark VI Tenor Saxophone, Original Lacquer, Video

1956 Selmer Mark VI tenor saxophone, s/n 64502. This saxophone has its original lacquer with approximately 95% still present and is in great shape overall. There are no resolders, and the neck is original to the horn with a matching serial number.

The sax was just serviced prior to sale. The pads are in great overall condition with most of their life left. They seal very well, and the horn plays effortlessly down to low Bb.

The horn plays incredibly well. The response is very even across the entire range, and it has a gorgeous, expressive sound that really excels at every dynamic from the softest subtone to a full bore fortissimo.
