Here's a near mint Selmer Mark VII alto saxophone, s/n 270118. The original lacquer is in beautiful shape with minimal wear. The neck is original to the horn and has never been bent down. It comes with the original case and case cover, both in excellent condition.
My tech just serviced the sax, and it's playing great with its original pads, which are still sealing nicely. It also has a new neck cork.
The Mark VII often flies under the radar, but it shares much of the same character as the Mark VI—complex, colorful tone with that classic Selmer core. It delivers the vintage Selmer character at a more accessible price point, making it a solid option for players who want that feel and voice without the higher cost of a Mark VI.
