1927 Selmer Modele 26 alto saxophone, s/n 5720. This sax was just serviced by my repairman prior to sale. He regulated the pads so that they seal well and replaced three key corks. The pads are still in great condition overall with a lot of life left. The sax is affixed with metal waffle resonators.
This sax has a beautiful sweet, singing, focused sound that is quite a departure from modern Selmers. I really like its voice and think it will make a great horn for its next owner.
