Selmer Paris Super Action 80 Series II alto saxophone, serial number 580333. This is a beautiful example of one of Selmer’s most popular professional alto saxophones.
The saxophone is in outstanding condition. The lacquer is nearly 100% perfect, with only very minor signs of use. There are no major dents, dings, or past repairs. The neck is also in excellent condition and has not been pulled down.
The Series II has been one of Selmer’s most popular professional models for decades. It has a warm, rich core with great projection and an even response throughout the range. This one plays effortlessly across the entire range of the instrument with a very even timbre and response.
The pads are sealing well and and in excellent condition with a lot of life left. It includes the original Selmer case with a case cover.
