Selmer Signature Tenor Saxophone, Near Mint
Selmer Signature tenor saxophone, serial number 846904. This sax was purchased new in 2025 and remains in excellent, nearly flawless condition. The pads are still like new and sealing well.
This horn was previously owned by a Conn-Selmer artist and well known saxophone professor at a major university. It has a couple of upgrades worth mentioning. The first is a Meridian Winds bell to body resonance weight, which helps to improve low register stability and response. The second is a high mass receiver screw, an interesting add on that many people think helps improve tone and response.
It plays great and is incredibly responsive, with a rich, even sound throughout all registers. The sax comes in its original case.
