Selmer Soloist Style Scroll Shank Alto Saxophone Mouthpiece, C*, From Mark VI

Selmer soloist style scroll shank alto saxophone mouthpiece with a C* facing. This one is in very good condition. The tip and rails look great. The facing is original and the tip opening measures .065". The mouthpiece comes with a Rovner ligature.

Around 1968, Selmer stopped stamping their mouthpieces with "Soloist" on the table. Instead, the facing stamp moved to the top of the mouthpiece, below the Selmer logo. These are fantastic mouthpieces that tend to play a bit darker than the earlier Soloist mouthpieces.
