Very vintage Berg Larsen alto saxophone mouthpiece, stamped 65 1 SMS. The facing is in good condition and the tip opening measures an exact .065". Included is the matching ligature and cap set. The ligature has a matching slant signature stamped on it. There is moderate separation between the upper screw and the ligature, but it still holds a reed firmly.
