Vintage Brilhart hard rubber alto saxophone mouthpiece with a 7 facing. This is a very rare mouthpiece in this tip opening. It was formerly owned by a member of the Stan Kenton Band. The tip opening measures .076". The table, tip and rails all look perfect. This is the older and more coveted version, with rounded side walls.
