Vintage Designed By Arnold Brilhart hard rubber alto saxophone mouthpiece with a 4-digit s/n. Here is a rare mouthpiece which was formerly owned by a member of the Stan Kenton Band. He had it refaced by Charles Bay, and you can see the Bay stamp near the shank. The tip opening measures .075". The original facing was a 3, which you can fainly see stamped on the table.
