Yamaha Custom 82ZR soprano saxophone. The condition of this sax is absolutely perfect. There's not one scratch on the instrument and it looks like it's only been played a handful of hours. The case is original to the horn and in very good condition with very minor scuffing.

Everything seals absolutely perfectly and as you'd expect, the pads are in new condition. There's nothing you'll need to do to this horn for years. This is the follow-up to the famous Yamaha 62R with updated ergonomics. Truly a great horn.

The horn plays very well. It has a very clear, precise projection. I have two 82Z's in the shop currently, and this one has a slightly brighter tone with slightly better projection. However, Yamaha is famous for its consistency, and both 82Z's play remarkably similarly. Between the two, the only major difference is one of aesthetics (black vs lacquer).
