1993 Yanagisawa S-990 soprano saxophone, s/n 183624. This sax is in mint condition and shows no signs of meaningful playing time. The pads are like new and seal well across the entire horn.

This model comes with two necks, which gives you flexibility in how the horn responds and feels. The straight neck has a more direct, focused sound, while the curved neck offers a darker and more lush feel. I personally go back and forth on my soprano and enjoy the options depending on the musical setting. This model also has a high G key, a feature that's a must for many soprano players.
